I love (part 1)

I love almost everything in life.

I love those people that are super friendly towards others.
Even if it is the first time they have just met you, you treat you like a best friend.

Some of my friends like to classify their friends into different categories and treat each of them differently according to how important they are to them.
I was once someone like that.
But wouldn't it be great to treat everyone like how you will treat your family members/best friend?

Do you have friends who are always smiling and have that positive outlook on life?
How do you feel around them, don't you feel great?(compared to those who love to gossip/complain/blame)
They are like angels walking on this planet.
They help you whenever you need help and they don't ask for anything in return.
They smile to you without any reason and made you feel better when you had a bad day.

ARghhh. I just can't express how much I LOVE those people.
I am trying my best to become one of them.

However, there will be a lot of people pulling positive people down, because they don't like so much positivity. They are already used to living in a world full of negativity but they don't realize.

Some examples:
They criticize people more than they compliment.
They don't like to see others smile for no reason. They say something like what's so funny? Why are you smiling for no reason? I mean do we really need a reason to smile? Why can we spend so much time feeling sad and allow it? And why can't we spend more time smiling and be happy?
People are more trained to feel bad about themselves. Feeling that they need to improve in many different aspect of life. Yeah, it's good to keep improving.
But it's actually the moment when we can approve ourselves and accept your flaws, that we can slowly moving towards changing it. The first step of change is always awareness!
They think that feeling good about themselves is bad. It's not wrong to see the positive qualities in ourselves!

Anyway, train yourselves to have a positive mindset.
Have a positive attitude towards life!
Do it not because of others, but for yourselves.

Being positive can create ripple effect and sooner or later the effect may reflect back towards you and the same goes for the other way round.

Relax.....=D

Ahhh.. Beach is such a fun place to go.
You can go for a swim, build a sandcastle, sunbath or just relax there.

I didn't really know how to relax besides doing some deep breathing techniques, meditation and taking a power nap.

Recently I went for a detox camp and during the camp, I get the chance to go to the beach.
(Some activities are being held there.)
If not, I would stay at home to relax myself.

I didn't know going to the beach can make me feel so good just sitting there and doing nothing.
Looking at the ocean waves.
The wind gently blowing across my face.
It's an amazing feeling that nothing can top that!!!
I don't know how to describe in a bombastic way, but I guess everyone goes to the beach before.

So there is no need to explain, but to remind you guys that :
Beach is such a wonderful gift that nature has offered to us when we need to release our stress.

Now I realize beach will definitely be a place to go if I feel stressed out and need to calm myself down.

BEACH!!You are my hero. haha..

Learning from other people

We can learn so much from all those people around us.
I always like to go out with my friend one by one. I love to speak to them and chat about random stuffs.
Everyone experience life differently since we all perceive the world differently.
So the stories that they share with me every once in a when I go out with them always inspire me.

Few thing I realize:
  • I realize all of us have fears and all of us are working towards improving our life in as many aspects as possible, but mainly health, relationships, personal development and wealth.
  • Everyone likes to have friends to share things with.
  • Most people would agree to have a meet up with you if you invite them out.
  • Life is fun when you can exchange life experience with your friends.
  • Life is fun when you have set a goal and slowly taking baby steps towards it.
  • Life is an ongoing process of learning and experience and not a destination to be reached.
  • Some of us want a simple life. Some of us want a wealthy life. Everyone is different and seeking for different purposes in life. It is a fascinating world out there!
  • Etc.

I appreciate all of those friends that are willing to go out with me and talk about random stuffs.
It's such a great feeling to share life experience together and discussing together about how to make the most out of life.

I seriously couldn't explain the feeling of really hanging out with someone in real life than having a chat in whatever social network. You can see the other person's facial expression and the conversation feels more genuine generally. And you don't need to worry about your messages seen and get ignored by some of your busy friends.

Go out & share your stories with others or  listen to whatever life stories your friends have to offer.
You will feel a lot better than staying home and talking to electronic devices.  At the same time, you may even learn something from the other person too, because all of us are good in different areas of life.

And it's the best feeling ever to be with your good friends and enjoying each other's company.

Being an ectomorph

Although having a slender and skinny body is something a lot of people are aiming towards, but I am totally the opposite.
I am desperately trying to gain weight.

This is me.LOL!

I always eat a lot and stuff myself almost to the point of death, but my weight will remain the same.
It's quite unfair to see some of my male friends are able to maintain their physique without needing to consume as much as I do. They can be eating half of what I am eating and still won't lose weight.
If I were to stop eating a meal, I would lose a few pounds the next day.

It's very difficult for me to gain weight and to achieve my goal of having a well built muscular body.
For men, having a small frame body is not something to be proud of. So I have been working hard to gain some weight. But I have tried different ways to increase my appetite, but they were of no avail. Although I got some results from eating more calories, but they are not sustainable.
And consider the money I spent on foods. I don't think it is worth it, because I can use those money for other useful purposes.

Recently I stop being obsessed with weight gain to get a larger physique.
I will eat when I want to and stop when I am full. No more stuffing myself like a pig.
At the end of the day, I ask myself what is the point of having a more muscular body if I were to make myself suffer so much along the process of gaining weight?

If we don't see results from our hard work of eating healthy, sufficient hydration and regular exercise, we should not stop because we don't see our body in the way we want.
We should continue on as these are the best things we can do for our body.
In the long run, your body will thank you and you will thank your body too.
