1. Meditate, focusing purely on your breath or try guided meditation.
2. Travel solo or with friends to explore this world!
3. Read something you fancy.
4. Watch TV at home with some popcorn at hand.
5. Watch movie in cinema.
6. Do some stretches.
7. Act out a scene from your favourite movies.
8. Cook yourself or your family a meal.
9. Treat yourself a nice meal with your friends at a restaurant.
10. Go for bungee-jumping.
11. Take your free time to go somewhere alone to enjoy some time with yourself.
12. Go escape park/ breakout/ mission Q etc. with your friends.
13. Connect with your close ones through text messages or phonecall.
14. Take time to do some reflection  (eg. forgive yourself and others)

111. Learn all the swimming strokes - backstroke, breast stroke, butterfly, freestyle etc.
112. Learn basic survival skills.
113. Aim for 7-8hours of sleep per night. Try out the 4.30am challenge, some people felt their quality of life and productivity improved when they wake up earlier.
114. Think of where you will be - 1 year - 10 years from now.
115. Head to a water park and enjoy some fun with the slides. e.g. Sunway Lagoon.
116. Be compassionate and non-judgmental towards others. Sometimes its not the actions that we should put so much attention on, but the intention - why someone do what they do.
117. Introduce some freshness into your daily routine - brush your teeth with non-dominant hand, driving a new route to work, prepare some breakfast which differs from the usual.
118. Take a photo of yourself annually or even on a monthly basis and see how you change every year. After every 10 years, you would be surprised to look at how your younger self have changed over the years.
119. Collect seashells from the seashore and build a sandcastle.
120. Sleep a day without air-conditioner (for hot climate countries).
