Forgive & Forget (I HATE YOU!)

Hate is such a destructive feeling to have or maybe not just hate, a feeling of dislike is not a good feeling to experience despite whatever reasons we have.

Forgive and forget are the best way to go about it.
No matter how long we hold onto the beliefs that someone deserve our hate, they would not change and they are still them. They may never know about it. And yet we are wasting our precious energy on this matter.
We can only get freedom when we accept others for who they are and be honest and open in communications with them.

Maybe there are some people in life that we have a hard time interacting with,but it doesn't mean us or others are bad in any way.
How I wish that everyone can accept that not everyone is going to get along with us and still look at their positive sides and spread no bad rumors even though no tight bonds are established eventually.
I am sure everyone has some parts of them that are very angel-like that we can find easily.

I have resented some people for hurting me physically,mentally and emotionally.
I once hate those people that it cause my whole body to be in pain consistently.
Anyway its all in the past!
After I release my intensive negative feelings towards them, I felt relieved.

Sometimes I would recall some past incidents, but what I learned(bold) helps draw me back to the present moment.

Only what happens now is real. 
From what I learned from Bryon Katie, whatever that happened in the past is only imagination outplayed in our mind at this present moment, they are not true at all. They are only images we create in our mind. Mind is always the cause of all sufferings. And its based on our own truth that cause us to suffer. The sooner we can stop playing the horror movie in our mind, then the sooner we can see that reality is always kinder than stories we create in our mind. 

Why do we hate? =(
Its because we are replaying the images of those actions of the people we hate with our mind's eye without doing any self-inquiry with these thoughts.

Using foods as an example, I dont really like to eat durians and porridge for some reasons, and whenever someone wanted to share with me, I would reject their offer. I already form in mind, the image of negative experience of eating those foods.
Why did I dislike those foods, its because of my past experience of eating them and those are not pleasant experience.But its a undeniable fact that some people like those foods. These 2 food options would never change their color/shape/texture/taste/etc. They would always be them(strong-smelling fruit and watery food) Some people would like them, some would not and that doesn't make them any different.
People who like them focus on the good things.
People who dislike them focus on the bad things.
When we hate something, we are usually enlarging the negative aspects as much as possible and we shrug aside all those wonderful things about that something, be it a person/toy/etc..

Everyone is expressive in their very own way, its unfair for me to wanting them to act in accordance to my expectations and hate them for not achieving my level of expectation.
I trust that everyone is good in nature, no matter how others tend to say bad things about others. I choose to believe and have faith in others despite whatever rumors I heard.

Personally, I have been friends with some people who get a lot of hate for being who they are.
People fail to see that everyone just need a little attention, care and love.
Just that some people are so desperate for it that they may have used the wrong way to seek for those things. Next time try to be friends with those people,and you would realize they are usually those who are so much nicer than expected.Why couldn't we tell those people how we really felt about them and allow them to improve on qualities we disapprove of?
Why do we have to choose the hard way(hate), for ourselves and for others?

It hurts me to see hate/dislike/isolating/loneliness/depression/bullying take place in this world.
Let's do our part to stop the hate, or at least start from ourselves, resolve all those hurts & hate issues.

For those that are being hated, sometimes what you want may be the best for others, but others don't see it and choose not to give you any chance and have already labelled you badly. Perhaps the best way is to let go and move on?
Sometimes I may make simple things look really complicated. But sometimes these thoughts just drown me. Hope no one out there complicate stuffs like this and make life difficult. haha cheers.
